New Burmese Restaurant
Founded in 2014 and having won much acclaim in Myanmar, including being named one of the best teahouses in the world by CNN, Rangoon Tea House brings a modern twist to the traditional Burmese tea house, with the goal of celebrating Myanmar’s rich cultural history and culinary diversity. Having recently opened its latest branch in Soi Sanchai in Thailand, the restaurant is serving a fusion of Indian, Chinese, and Burmese dishes like Pyay paratha and their Four fish mohinga set, all in a stylish atmosphere and helmed by Burmese Mixologist Hnin Pwint Aye and Japanese-trained, former Michelin- starred Chef Honey Rae Zenang. RTH Group, who brought Rangoon tea House to Bangkok, are also planning to soon open. The Reading Room, their casual-luxury cocktail bar, above the restaurant.
