Bangkok’s Chinatown is about to welcome Nothing Sacred, a hautecuisine chef’s counter and sound lab that offers a unique fusion of culinary and auditory art. The intimate space blends bold, seafood-centric dishes with an immersive sound experience, all curated by two-time Grammy Award winning chef, Alex Jarvis. Known for his innovative use of fermentation and daring flavour pairings, Chef Jarvis takes diners on a sensory journey through his custom music score, designed to elevate each course from melody to plate. New Café Rebranding

Nestled in Sukhumvit Soi 12, close to the heart of the city, what was once known as Odla Måne has undergone a fresh transformation and is now rebranded as The Independence, in collaboration with STAND ALONE Specialty Coffee. As you step inside, you’ll be greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere characterised by soothing shades of soft green and light blonde wood accents, creating a serene and modern setting. The Independence offers a carefully-curated selection of speciality coffees that are sure to please coffee enthusiasts, as well as an array of teas, refreshing Italian sodas, and delectable pastries. Newly opened in South Thong Lo, Baan Talyer is the area’s latest and greatest hangout spot for café crawlers, creatives, and active folk. Located in Sukhumvit Soi 38, this community space welcomes visitors to indulge in crafted brews, crafts, workshops, and yoga.
