SOORYAVANSHI (NETFLIX)
Sooryavanshi is an upcoming Hindi-language action film directed by Rohit Shetty, which has been in the making for almost two years. The fourth instalment of Shetty’s Cop Universe, the film stars Akshay Kumar as DCP Veer Sooryavanshi of the Anti-Terrorism Squad, with a star-studded cast including Katrina Kaif, Jackie Shroff, Gulshan Grover, Abhimanyu Singh, Niharica Raizada, Vivan Bhatena, Sikandar Kher, Nikitin Dheer, and Jaaved Jaaferi playing supporting characters. The film will see the DCP and his team stop a terrorist group planning to attack Mumbai, so make sure to watch the movie for more of Shetty’s edge-of- your-seat thrills!

THE WHEEL OF TIME (PRIME)
A long-running series of high fantasy novels by American author Robert Jordan, with co-author Brandon Sanderson for the final three novels, The Wheel of Time is commonly considered one of the most prolific and renowned series of the genre. In Amazon’s rendition of the novels, protagonist Moiraine crosses paths with five young men and women in a world where magic exists, but only a few can access it. The group sets off on a perilous, global journey that follows a rich story dense with lore, magic, and a wide array of diverse characters. Make sure to tune in to find out more about this iconic tale!

DHAMAKA (NETFLIX)
Kartik Aaryan’s human drama thriller Dhamaka is about a cynical ex-TV news anchor, Arjun, who gets an alarming call on his radio show, which he sees as a potential opportunity for a career comeback. Set with the backdrop of a terrorist attack on Mumbai, Arjun starts chasing Television Rating Points (TRPs), knowing little what it might cost him in the end. The recently- released teaser, which is filled with nerve-wracking and mind-boggling moments, gives viewers a glimpse into the fast-paced world of a news studio, where emotions run high and the ability to react quickly is a must.

HAWKEYE (DISNEY+)
Marvel fans, here’s a holiday treat for you. Featuring former Avenger Clint Barton, known as Hawkeye, who’s given himself the mission of returning to his family for Christmas, we’re introduced to a new character in the form of Kate Bishop, played by rising star Hailee Steinfeld. A 22-year-old archer who aspires to be a superhero, she and Clint are forced to work together when a ghost from Clint’s past threatens to wreck the holiday season for everyone. The series is a follow-up to Avengers: Endgame (2019) as well as a crossover with Black Widow (2021), and as Marvel fans, we can’t wait to see what happens next!
