Soho Hospitality announced the arrival of Manjunath Mural earlier this week.
A favourite amongst Bangkokians who enjoy juicy kebabs and innovative cocktails, Charcoal Tandoor Grill & Mixology have announced the arrival of Chef Manjunath Mural who will act as the restaurant’s new Executive Chef. The Michelin-starred gastronome who has worked in some of the world’s most exciting kitchens aims to elevate Charcoal’s famed dishes even further by introducing new influences and regional flavours from across India.
In the past, Chef Mural has worked at numerous five-star hotels and alongside celebrity chefs like Sanjeev Kapoor and Vikas Khanna. Equipped with an abundance of experience that comes from working with the best, Chef Mural will apply his plethora of knowledge to take Charcoal to new, unprecedented heights. Speaking about the new position in an interview posted on Soho Hospitality‘s LinkedIn channel, Chef Mural said, “I’m delighted to be able to work alongside Soho Hospitality’s culinary team to elevate the Charcoal experience as the restaurant embarks on its international expansion. Our collaboration is destined to create a unique and compelling dining experience that will achieve the international recognition the restaurant deserves.”
