HAOMA BAGS LONG-DESERVED ONE-MICHELIN AND MICHELIN GREEN STARS
Haoma, Bangkok’s first urban farm restaurant and the brainchild of Chef Deepanker Khosla, previously featured in Masala, was finally awarded one Michelin star in the Michelin Guide 2023. They also brought home the Michelin Green star, for their efforts towards mindful and sustainable ways of meeting world cooking standards. Located in Sukhumvit Soi 31, the restaurant rewrites the concept of fine dining with its neo-Indian dishes in seasonal tasting menus, and is worth a stop if you are looking for an all-new taste of Indian food, vegetarian and non-vegetarian, to pamper your palette.

THE INDIAN ASSOCIATION OF THAILAND MET WITH THE GOVERNOR OF BANGKOK, TO DISCUSS THE FUTURE OF INDIAN TOURISM IN BANGKOK
The Indian Association of Thailand (IAT) had an important exchange with the Governor of Bangkok, Chadchart Sittipunt at the Bangkok Metropolitan Authority (BMA) to thank the latter for his support during Diwali and discuss the future of Indian tourism and culture in Bangkok. “The meeting with the Governor was a huge success, and a great step for the future by creating bigger awareness for Indian culture and heritage in Bangkok,” says Nikorn Sachdev, the Executive Director of IAT and the Chairman of IAT’s Youth Forum.

SPICEJET LAUNCHES NONSTOP FLIGHT FROM CHENNAI TO BANGKOK

THE 27TH THAI SIKH RUN RETURNS IN 2023
Registration for the 27th Thai Sikh Run, set to be held on February 19, 2023 on Burapha Road (Old Siam Plaza), is now open.
